There are several public car parks close to the venue, including:
Euro Car Parks – St Andrew’s Shopping Park
Green Parking – Digbeth High Street
Heath Mill Lane, Trinity Street & North Yard car parks (Custard Factory area)
Please note: Forum Digbeth does not operate its own car park.
ENTRY & ID

Most events at Forum Digbeth are 18+ and require valid photo ID.
Some events may be 14+; for these shows, under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please always check individual event listings.

Valid passport
Valid UK driving licence
No other forms of ID will be accepted.

Yes. Forum Digbeth operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, you may be asked for ID. Random ID checks may also take place.

Security & Search Policy

Yes. A full search policy is in operation, and all customers are searched upon entry.

The following items are strictly prohibited:
Food or drink of any kind
Large bags or rucksacks
Football shirts or football-related clothing
Face coverings, masks or balaclavas
Weapons, flares or pyrotechnics
Umbrellas
Hi-vis or visibility vests
Liquids, aerosols, perfumes, makeup sprays
Professional camera equipment
Flags, banners or poles
Forum Digbeth operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found in possession of or using drugs will be removed from the venue.

You may be asked to dispose of prohibited items at the entrance. Items surrendered will not be recoverable.
TICKETS & ENTRY

Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to event policy. Please check the specific event listing or ask staff on the night.

Please contact your ticket provider directly (e.g. Skiddle or Universe), as Forum Digbeth cannot amend or refund tickets sold via third-party platforms.

Yes. Free drinking water stations are located at the end of every bar throughout the venue. Free cups are available from bar staff upon request.

Yes. Forum Digbeth has a designated smoking area located near the entrance.
For larger events, a second smoking area may also be in operation.
Please note: drinks are not permitted in smoking areas due to public space regulations.
